Any working mum will tell you that finding the right support is key to success and Sue McDonald is no exception. She’s built a thriving recruitment company, Perform Recruitment, while bringing up two small children and credits much of her achievement to the tailored support she receives from the Westpac Women’s Markets team.
Sue discovered the Westpac Women’s Markets team back in 2002 when she was looking for networking events. “I knew that if I could find the right events, networking would be a quick and effective way of making new contacts and building my business.” She was right.
At her first Westpac event, Sue met several new clients and made quality business contacts. Her relationship with the Women’s Markets team had begun.
