Here's some tips:

  1. Where possible, avoid peak periods like lunchtime.
  2. Consider taking some blank deposit forms away with you (or ask about a pre-printed deposit book), so you can fill them out before you come in.
  3. Deposit cash via a Business Banking Express Deposit Box, that way you can avoid queuing.
  4. Find a Saturday or late-opening branch and do your branch banking outside of busier times. Visit westpac.com.au/locateus
  5. For all your lending needs, get in touch with your local Westpac Business Finance Manager and deal with someone who will get to know you and your business. Call 132 772.
  6. Download our Easy Business Banking Manual to view our alternative options to in-branch banking. Using an ATM or Business Online might be quicker and easier for you.
  7. You may be able to set up a regular appointment, so that you can avoid waiting before your meeting, or have your Business Banker visit you at your work or at home. Call 132 772.
  8. To make sure you get the most out of your meeting, come prepared. Bring any documents, records, ID or pre-filled banking forms. (Phone ahead if you’re not sure what you’ll need.)
